First golf game!

We played a nice mix of best ball (and then if you wanted, play your own) at East Potomac!
It was 33 degrees (it was snowing as I left the house and definitely had second thoughts) but the whole point of this was to go when it wouldn't be crowded so there was no pressure and that worked out well. We only saw a few other people and they weren't anywhere near us. I think the first hole took us 20 minutes???


The lighting was weird...the Washington monument kept going from white to beige to grey.


But got better after that and each of us got a few really good shots in. Regina was super nice and showed us the ropes. Very fun. Apparently the fox likes to grab balls and dig/bury them and then go dig them up and run off with them later....for fun. And he'll follow you around if he can smell that you've recently eaten lunch!
